Ferndale is a traditional family home which has been tastefully renovated combining a modern style whilst retaining character from its 1930’s roots.
It is set in an acre of mature, wooded gardens including a number of damson and apple trees – ideal for baking a crumble or pie for tea!
It is bordered on two sides by open fields (which means you only have the sheep as neighbours) and offers superb views of the Longmynd and Shropshire Hills.
A stream runs through the lower area of the garden and although this frequently runs dry in the summer months, young children would require supervision.
The decked seating area allows you to enjoy alfresco dining – watch the sun fall behind the Longmynd Hill at the end of a wonderful day.
We hope to offer everything that you will need to make your stay an enjoyable one.
