This page contains some of our principal booking conditions, as well as other useful information about your stay. Our full booking conditions will be provided when you are ready to book.
- Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday
- Short breaks are available in low season and at short notice – please contact us to discuss your requirements
- Guests are welcome from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and we request you vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure
- A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required upon booking
- If you are booking within 6 weeks of your stay then full payment will be due upon booking
- The balance of the cost of your holiday is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival
- Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank payment (details provided upon booking)
- Smoking: the house is strictly non-smoking
- Pets: sorry no pets are allowed
